Defending yourself in advance

Dream revelation. Retaliation. Victory.

Hi overcomer.

As said before,

Remind yourself continually…

Jesus alone holds the keys of death and hell.

Your life and times are in His hands (Psalm 31:15).

It’s a good job too…

Or otherwise I might already be dead since we last spoke.

Because…

Tuesday this week it appears I suffered a heart attack. I say ‘appears’ because I did not call the doctors (which my wife didn’t appreciate). I just went through what was happening to me.

My wife is sure it was a heart attack.

She’d wanted to call an ambulance but I said not to.

(NOTE: This is not to boast. It’s not medical advice…

It’s not pride. It is ONLY because in my spirit I had the deep peace of GOD. I checked with Him of course to see if I should get medical help but knew it was a direct spiritual attack.

So having His witness and peace I said no thank you and continued to resist the enemy in prayer. I knew he would be defeated).*

All the same,

It was not easy for her, yet as ever she was laser sharp in prayer.

Anyway,

On Tuesday…

Standing up working (I have a stand up desk) I suddenly felt very dizzy. Right out the blue my heart started racing absurdly. Everything went blurry.

So knowing I was going to fall down, I lay down on the floor. Room still kept whizzing about.

Jagged pain across my chest and arms etc. Restricted breath.

Pulse like a jack hammer.

Anyway,

I was down for 40 minutes. Heart pounding like a train. Scary visions of clammy death slithering toward me.

We’ve all heard about the signs before. They were all very real.

And we don’t need to dwell on them.

That said,

I knew why this was happening…

It was a revenge attack.

Retaliation.

Thankfully by GODs grace though, the LORD had pre-warned and prepared me. So I was able to pray and withstand the enemy as He’d instructed before.

He’d illuminated the scripture below to me so that I would be ready before evil arrived. I had a sense I was going to get hit within ten or fourteen days.

Which means…

I was able to ANTICIPATE in advance the enemies actions. Thus I had time to prepare defences before he hit me.

I KNEW he was coming.

Here is what the Holy Spirit highlighted and I heard it loud and clear (thank you Holy Spirit for warning me they’d assemble against me)…

“In righteousness you shall be established;
You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear;
And from terror, for it shall not come near you.

Indeed they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me.
Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake.

Isaiah 54:14-15 NKJV

Anyway,

The revelation of GOD for another soul the LORD sends you to…

It’s precious. It’s life changing, so no wonder the enemy wants to cut it off at source.

Which is why the enemy retaliated and tried to kill me.

Because…

Last Saturday I spoke with a brother in another country on Signal.

I’ve been praying for him for more than three years.

The LORD gave me no revelation for him during that time though.

Plus the Holy Spirit warned me not to go into spiritual warfare on his behalf during that time either… because of what was contending against him in his background, ancestry etc.

And then suddenly…

About six weeks ago, I had a dream.

In the dream the LORD showed me the keys to breakthrough for this brother.

The clear details how the LORD would lead him to overcome all that was warring against him (because they were trying to stop his calling).

Yet even better, this dream also contained in fine detail the GLORIOUS call of GOD on his life. What a mighty man this precious brother is.

No wonder his destiny has been so contested by the evil one.

I’m so excited for him!

GOD will use him in an extraordinary way for His glory for sure :)

Anyhow…

Later he texted me to reiterate the dream and what we talked about, confirmed exactly what the LORD had already been teaching him. Plus other prophetic words he’d recently had from other brothers too.

Isn’t that lovely :)

May every word you receive be established in the mouth of two or three witnesses. (2 Corinthians 13:1)

So to try and draw to a close…

First,

“Thank you Jesus for delivering me from premature death! Amen!

You are LORD of LIFE. Amen!”

Here’s the prayer GOD gave me (I said it out loud) when writhing on the floor in distress…

“I rebuke you spirit of death sent to kill me in the Name of Jesus. King of Kings and LORD of LORDS.

Death you have NO AUTHORITY OVER ME in Jesus Name because…

I have a covenant with the Most High GOD, ratified in the Blood of Jesus Christ.

And because of this covenant YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER ME.

The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has made me FREE FROM THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH. (Romans 8:2 NJKV)

DEATH YOU HAVE NO JURISDICTION OVER ME. The Law you serve has NO AUTHORITY OVER ME. The Law of the Spirit of LIFE in Christ Jesus means you cannot kill me.

I resist you in Jesus Name and I command you to LEAVE in Jesus Christs Holy Name.

It is ILLEGAL for you to take my life.

My life is HID WITH CHRIST IN GOD (Colossians 3:3 NKJV) and I refuse to leave this earth in death until GOD’s allotted time arrives. Only on that day will I go willingly through death in Jesus Name. NOT BEFORE!

LORD Jesus please deliver me from death now. Send your angels to strengthen me and guard me. Heal me Father in Jesus Name!

Rebuke this foul wicked spirit LORD, that it go now in Jesus Name.

Amen!”

Quite a long prayer?

Maybe.

I didn’t care.

I was saying it through gritted teeth. Insisting it be delivered. Insisting heaven heard it. Insisting the enemy got both barrels.

Insisting my best friend Jesus heard me so He could speed to rescue me.

And suddenly…

It was all over as fast as it began.

And yes, Jesus was there. He rebuked the evil one who fled instantly.

The angels of protection surrounded me. Suddenly I could breathe. There was no pain. Such peace. I lay there for another hour and a half because it was so peaceful.

During that time, once or twice I was crying…

So when my wife came back in again to see if I was okay, she thought I was crying in pain. I wasn’t. I was crying because of the beauty of Jesus.

Of the TRUTH of His Word. Of His deep kindness and overwhelming LOVE. Of His faithfulness and His hatred of our enemy.

Of His power over every living thing. Over every human.

And crying most of all because I kept thinking…

Who is this KING SO GREAT that made everything, that He should come so quickly… all the way down from heaven to rescue a nothing like me?

He loves you so much dear saint.

His power is INVINCIBLE.

Have FAITH.

Watch what’s happening around you. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what’s happening in the spiritual realm.

Observe.

Then when you spot something way off in the distance, ask the Holy Spirit to help you ANTICIPATE what will happen next. If it is the enemy, the Holy Spirit will show you ‘things to come’ just as Jesus promised He would…

“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.”

John 16: 13 NIV

He did so with me and He will with you.

And listen…

If it ends up in a firefight, then GO ALL IN AND WIN. Jesus will make sure you do.

Here’s the word of the LORD again.

“In righteousness you shall be established;
You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear;
And from terror, for it shall not come near you.

Indeed they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me.
Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake.

“Behold, I have created the blacksmith
Who blows the coals in the fire,
Who brings forth an instrument for his work;
And I have created the spoiler to destroy.

No weapon formed against you shall prosper,

And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn.

This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their righteousness is from Me,”
Says the Lord.”
