Thinking is winning

You will be above only

Grab hold of this.

Because it's God's permission to bend each day to your will.

Having said that,

If you worry the LORD won't bless your will then read these two scriptures before you set off on your way.

They are Gods promise to you...

"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. "

Psalm 37:4 ESV

"The Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath...

If you heed the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them."

Deut: 28:13 NKJV

Next look at Jesus's New Testament language of blessing (notice the emphasis is more on LIVING in God... Jesus knows that if you abide/live in Him along with His words, you will automatically start keeping them).

"If you abide in Me and my words abide in you. You shall ask what YOU WILL and it shall be done for you."

John 15:7 KJV.

So what's the deal?

Thinking is winning.

If you don't think you can win then you won't. Yet the opposite is also true. If you think you can, then you can.

So what exactly is THINKING anyway?

Well for me I often think in pictures.

In terms of winning...

Thinking is IMAGINING the scriptures above with you in the scene (as in a movie). Then keeping the good IMAGES of what you see CENTERED in your heart all day. All evening. Last thing at night.

Thinking is SEEING this image brightly in your heart.

And when you lay your head down to sleep at night thanking your Father in Heaven that He’s bringing it to pass.

If it goes out,

Get it back quickly. The easiest way to do that is to SAY OUT LOUD something like...

"Father thank you that your word is truth.

I believe it.

Thank you that YOU have made me the HEAD and not the tail and above only today. I am not beneath and I never shall be as I keep your word diligently.

I am above.

My enemy is beneath me in Jesus Name.

Amen.

Thank you Father!"

To conclude, think deeply on these words...

"My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.

Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;

For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.

....

Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you.

Ponder the path of your feet, And let all your ways be established. "

Proverbs 4:20-23, 25-26. NKJV

Ponder means of course…

THINK.

And think good.

Earl Nightingale discovered the astonishing power of thinking too.

He called it 'The Strangest Secret' actually.

He said...

"The strangest secret is... we BECOME what we think about."

Yes.

Thinking is winning.

Ask the Holy Spirit to help you think winning thoughts.

Imagine your enemies failing against you. Imagine yourself at peace with GOD. Doing His will faithfully. Victor not victim. Think you are winning not losing.

Lift up your hands in praise and thanksgiving to GOD as you do, thanking Him for every victory. Even if the victory has not arrived yet (in fact especially so!).

Do that consistently.

What you deliberately choose to see in your thoughts, will then arrive in your life.

Thinking is winning.
